इस mop को आप बिलकुल भी use ना करे, instructions के अनुसार आप को wash compartment में पानी भरना है और जब भी आप dry compartment में squeeze करोगे तो सारा गन्दा पानी wash compartment में चला जाता है जहा पर अच्छा पानी होता है, मैंने customer care से बात की लेकिन उन्होंने कोई जबाब ठीक से नहीं दिया, बार बार अनावश्यक वीडियो की मांग कर रहे है, मैंने काफी रिक्वेस्ट की एक बार कॉल करके समझा दो लेकिन उन्हें बात करने में कोई इंटरेस्ट नहीं है। और जब प्रोडक्ट वापस लेने की बात की तो कोई जबाब नहीं दे रहे है। ये प्रोडक्ट बस waste of money है। मैं ये प्रोडक्ट किसीको बिलकुल भी recommend नहीं कर सकता, धन्यवाद According to the instructions, I am supposed to fill the wash compartment with water and then squeeze the dry compartment. But when I do that, all the dirty water goes into the wash compartment, where the clean water is. This is a very big problem. I contacted customer service, but they did not understand my problem properly. They asked me for unnecessary videos repeatedly. I explained to them many times that I just need one call to resolve the issue, but they are not interested in talking. I also asked to return the product, but no response was given. I would not recommend this product to anyone else. It is just a waste of money.

Mane kharida hai jab me dhak ke khana banati hu tak krack jesa awaj ata hai jase ke glass tutne wala hai, mujhe dar lagta hai,aap jab dhakke khana banate ho tab keya awaj ata hai ?

Hey,I have used this so called UPC flat mop ,it's not at all good,it's total waste,refill gets ripped off so easily,and you will be messed up , moreover,on Amazon that seller had limited (stop) this mop's reviews after getting paid or fake reviews... Don't go for it within 15 to 30 days this refill will be ripped off from the end fixing point 😞
