This is my opinion: Low Notes - G2: Tie C3: Harry C#3: Harry D3: Tie Eb3: Harry E3: Harry Belted Notes - G4: Tie G#4: Harry (The Weeknd's was HEAVILY autotuned) A4: Tie Bb4: Harry B4: The Weeknd C5: The Weeknd D5: The Weeknd Falsetto - C5: Tie C#5: Tie D5: The Weeknd Eb5: Harry E5: Harry Lows - Harry > The Weeknd Belts - The Weeknd > Harry Falsetto - Harry > The Weeknd Harry has 14 points and The Weeknd has 10 points. I know people are gonna come at me but it is what it is. Harry has better technique than The Weeknd in all registers, except for vocal agility and belting (even this one is debatable though because The Weeknd has more ease but his mix is really small while Harry's belt has more depth, even if it is strained above G4/G#4).

Hi, can I ask a question? I'm a 13 year old boy, I'm a theater kid since I was 4 years old ,now my vocal range is A2-F5 sometimes G5-C#6 sometimes D6, I'm tenor right? But what type of tenor? A leggero tenor, lyric tenor, spinto tenor, dramatic tenor, heldentenor, and tenor buffo or spieltenor?

Comparing them is like Comparing Adele vs Ariana Grande. One is a Alto and the other is a Soprano, so its all about personal prefrence. In th case of Harry vs The Weeknd we are comparing a Baritone (Harry) to a Tenor (The Weeknd). They both are good vocally and each sings in a key that the other isnt the best in. Harry has a nice medium voice so he can project very full in his mid to lower range very full. The weeknd a light high voice so he shines on the middle to upper projection of his voice.

His tessitura seems to lie within G2-G4, which tells me he is indeed a Baritone. A well versed one at that

Katy's a master of falsetto/head voice, it's her signatures in her music, she keeps flipping from chest to head voice et it sounds so good.I actually think that her falsettos are the best part of her voice, she can let it out smooth and airy or add power to it, and she can sing in head voice for really long (like in her song Birthday, the whole chorus is in falsetto)Her little voice flip at the end of her word are really good and unique too, and she can use those voice flip/crack during high belt like in never really over . And her high belt and vibrato improved a lot on every era , especially since witness. I went to her Vegas residancy Play and her vocals were absolutely beautiful and powerful. She's a really underrated vocalist.Can't wait for KP6, Katycat forever ❤❤❤

one thing i’d like to note that not a lot of people mention is that katy perry is a master and i mean a MASTER at pop adlibs, she has a good sense of harmony and a good sense of her vocal and tonal placements as well, which is why she can effortlessly harmonize with herself the recipe of adlibbing in pop music right now is lost, which is why pop music sounds boring right now, artists are getting lazy

@@brixn in the studio, but she still hit the notes. Usually if it was a scream, it’s a second or two. That G5 was 4-5 Seconds which counts as a Belt.

Exactly! Vocals with his mature voice. It would be unfair to say his range is higher, cause he was just a kid and his voice was extremely higher compared to now
