I miss the 90's and back when college football used to be good.

Funny. I noticed how KSU highlights scores against Nebraska scrubs but still got pummeled 49 to 25.🙃

I know, right? And isn’t 1995 the last time Nubbs went to a bowl game?

That's the game K State got away with a blatant face mask that would've gave Nebraska a first down and possibly win the game. That no call reminds me of Colorado's 5th down play against Missouri back in the early 90s or the refs missing the fumble during the 94 orange bowl. Not too many teams back then could beat Nebraska without the refs helping. Obviously that's not the case now days. Anyways, good luck to K State. Hopefully they have good season with Martinez.

Does anyone know why Beasley played in the texas tech game? Why was bishop taken out of the game?

Probably for being sloppy with the football

Teams dont know how lucky they are for the playoffs. To lose and still be alive! 1 lose ended any chance for a title more times than not back then, and for kstate it definitely did as proof by 97 and 98. 98 they didn't even go to a bcs bowl! That's insane

Plus K-State beat the defending national champions in 1998 and still got picked to go to the Alamo Bowl.

LOL....that last TD run by Joe Hall wasn't an "option" play, Mr. Announcer Guy. That was a pitch play from the start.
