Adam Grant has had an impact on my life from the very first book of his I read, OPTION B. It was a gift from Njinan Lee. Thank you Lee for introducing me to Adam Grant, and sharing this video with me, I really love it, give me more understanding to the great mind himself.

His thinking pattern is something I want to emulate, sharing backgrounds in psychology, I want to use his approach as a blueprint. Think again is one book I consider a must read for all. I have gifted over 27 copies of that book.
