These guys are such solid teammates with so much trust in each other. Guma turns the tide and Keria instantly ults whilst Oner just full sends it in without a second thought sleeping Smolder which IMO was one of the only reasons this play went well.

@lordmonocr6206Ай бұрын
Yeah or else they would be down 2 ults for a bit so it’s either fk it and since they got the engage they prob got better chances there. Though baron and dragon were both down so it’s like not it was completely worth the risk. Still got towers though right after so it definitely came with some worth

Many people think that guma's 2nd engage was a mistake by him but what they dont know is that it perfectly sets up for the 3rd engage, in the 2nd teamfight almost the entire KT burned their flash just to escape Zeus' rampage or Guma's apotheosis that is why Guma couldnt find any success on the 2nd teamfight. Not to mention Oner's entire trust that Guma could turn it around in the 3rd engage was insane. He was the first to turn among all other members and even risk his life just to stop their only threat which was the smolder. And can I mention how broken Senna heals are now, 1 Q can send you back to half health with item, literally perfect for nilah a close range playmaking adc, probably only Guma can make this champion work.
@jangb98Ай бұрын
I definitely forgot to mention how impactful Oner was in that first dragon teamfight. His double sleep onto Bdd and Beryl made that initiation so much easier for Gumayusi to find. The second teamfight did burn KT's summoners, but Nilah also had to burn her flash so it's still a big loss on T1's end imo.
@Fidder492Ай бұрын
No, the 2nd one was indeed a mistake. But Guma redeemed himself. There were still 3 KT members who had flash before the 3rd engage. So technically, most of them still had flash. What made Guma enter was because he saw that sera, mf, sej, and smolder all wasted their ult in an attempt to secure the dr. And then after that, KT tried to chase. It's not that most of them burned their flash, it's the fact that they tried to chase while having 4 ult down. Also, Pyosik's sej flash just hurts to watch. You're making it as if T1 planned it from the 2nd engage but we can see that all were retreating except Guma after that dr steal. This implies that what Guma did was not planned ahead but rather a reaction at that moment and good game sense. This is why they said that Guma "redeemed" himself. Don't get me wrong, that was still a sick play.
@adamlewis8131Ай бұрын
I agree with everything you said except it was Keria and Oner. They literally turned the instant guma engaged with Faker and Zeus still heading out.
@kentuckyfriedsiomai5660Ай бұрын
Stop glazing man. "Almost the entire KT burned their flash" LMAO only their bot laner burned their flash. Guma messed up the combo on that 2nd teamfight. Guma's great but saying that his mistake was a set up is just dumb as fuck. He redeemed himself on the 3rd teamfight, Caedrel and the LCK casters both knew it because the 2nd engage was not how Guma usually executes the combo. You're one of the reasons why people hate T1. You overglorify everything about them and even justify their clear mistakes because for some reason. Cut T1 some slack cause they're already dealing with so much pressure and making up stupid comments like that ain't helping on how people view them.

#NOHATE No, it's obviously not, the immortilized one is maybe worth 50/60 bucks, this is ridiculous #permabanahri It is digital, it costs as much as a playstation, collector prices are off the roof and always unjustified, it's absolute luxury, the example u chose were signed real life objects, you can copy virtual things basically an unlimited amount of time People are starving to death all while a company that is already rich fomos and gatekeeps fans via these skins Prestige is also not something healthy you should look out for The price of the skin goes against the philosophy of faker: plays no skins and doesn't waste money and lives rather cheap for his wealth and it goes against the philosophy of the event: to honor and immortilize Faker what you do by making the skin as affortable as possible, because the more have it, the more will play, the more will see it, the more people will be reminded of him in the future the 30 percent of the sales doesn't go to faker directly, rather to t1 and the lck, all are not poor, hell, Faker probably doesn't even want the money, he just get's it because rito or he will probably do charity at some point If u'd ask him personally he would probably tell you to definitely not buy anything but the risen skin, if you have to buy one Also I'm priviledged as hell and I'm saying 50/60 bucks, maybe that's still too much. This is also hundred percent a way for riot to test how far they can go with the prices. There are people taken advantage of that are unhealthy (Spoiler: most who buy it are unhealthy) because it seems to have taken such an important part in their lives, they haven't learned others ways to feel good than spending money, who compensate, have lost their minds regarding the worth of money, this is a corrupted predatory system and if you buy the skin you are a part of it. That's why I will likely not get the skin, because taking part in giveaways still supports the system. That's what I call nice moral highground, because I'd love to have this skin
@jangb984 ай бұрын
I actually agree that the skin visually should probably costs maximum 50 dollars or even the degree of an ultimate skin price line. However, the fact that it's made after one of the greatest esports players alive today and is still actively play increases the value. Is the increase of $450 right? To us wanting to buy the skin, obviously not. But I think that because it's suppose to be such a prestigious skin that glorifies the best League player, along with him actually being involved in it with his own signature, I feel like there has to be some kind of expensive price gate in order to obtain the skin. You can't virtually copy this skin unless you pay the price point, which is why I feel like people are viewing this very negatively. Obviously you shouldn't be buying expensive things that you can't afford but that's not just in League of Legends, that's in real life in almost every circumstance of your life as well. Faker doesn't play with any skins, but that doesn't mean he would be against having his own skin for one of the champions that he loves the most. Would he agree to the price point? Probably not IMO, but that's just what luxury is. Just because you don't have this skin won't make you quit the game, nor will it make people not interested in the game. In fact, this skin probably brought more awareness to the game in general with all the publicity. I also agree that a bigger portion of funds made by the skin or even his percentage should go to him, but he could have easily asked Riot to evenly split it amongst the LCK team since he doesn't need the money. He wouldn't tell you not to buy the skin, he'd probably advise the same thing that you and I have both said about learning when and where to spend your money while thanking those who did buy the skin. Riot has already done the test with the release of the $200 Jhin skin. With people buying a skin purely for the champion alone but if people are willing to spend that much for the love of their champion, why would they have a lower cost for a skin created after such a prestigious player? In the end, it's how you perceive Faker. If you view him as just another great esports player, then the $500 is no doubt a total ripoff. If you perceive him to be the esports version of Messi, Ronaldo, MJ, Wilt, Federer, then you might justify the price of luxury behind it.
@gamensch26294 ай бұрын
@@jangb98 In the end I'm probably also biased about the immortilized one, because that's the one I actually care about, yes... sell the prestige signature one for hundreds of dollars, but at least make the one without it actually morally affordable, like I could afford paying these 300 Dollars, but I won't because it's just not okay to have it priced that high. Supporting that system is (I'm sorry) idiotic of and for consumers.
@colin51974 ай бұрын
They shouldn't induct him as an active player though. But riot knows theyll profit more now then after he retires.
@jangb984 ай бұрын
Faker has to be the first one in the Hall of Legends. If his injuries decline, I can see him playing mid for another 2-4 years at a high level before he starts declining to a mid level. Then he'll switch over to support. Then he'll retire but by then the game will probably be dead. I understand the greed that's coming from Riot introducing him now to rake in the cash, but I can see a lot of justification in their decision. Faker is a once in a life time esports player.
@colin51974 ай бұрын
@jangb98 granted league is a much newer game with a shorter life span, but players are never inducted until they've retired in almost all professional leagues across the world. Even the goats, Michael jordan and Wayne Gretzky don't get that exception. The point of a hall of fame is to celebrate and immortalize the past. It's weird and almost disrespectful to an extent to celebrate a career that is still active. Most sports have limits on who and when you can be inducted because they aren't worried about the sport up and dying tomorrow. This demonstrates a couple things on riots part: They aren't confident in the longevity of their game and that cash is the most important thing to them. We already knew one of those things. Also, the worst part of allowing active players to be inducted is it opens the possibility of "flash in the pan" players to get inducted when in the grand scheme of things they weren't hall of legend(fame) worthy, rather they just had 1 outstanding performance, year whatever it is...
@jangb984 ай бұрын
can you be so confident that League of Legends will last as long as regular sports when we have references to how long esport titles last in general? there's no reason for esports to follow the traditional format of regular sports, they both share similarities in competitiveness but lifespans for both esport games and esport pro player careers are so much shorter. i remember seeing aphromoo retire and thinking about how much of a veteran and longstanding player he is competing for over 11 years. no disrespect to aphro, but Faker is the true 2003 Escalade that Lebron talked about that never had to change it's tires once.
@colin51974 ай бұрын
@jangb98 riot has changed their approach numerous times. First, they didn't want to be like traditional sports, then they did so they franchised their leagues, made their broadcast follow the traditional model. Every couple of years, they change their mind. The funniest part is that no one ever gets fired for the poor decisions that get made. If I'm confident in 1 thing... it's that riot has no idea what they're doing on the esports side. They sure as hell know how to sell skins and line their pockets.
@fawexp41014 ай бұрын
The main problem is no other active player or retired player checks out all the criteria without discussion except faker so think of it as a special induction. As for NBA and hockey, Michael Jordan and Wayne Gretzky are the goats but hall of fame for their sports were introduced way before them.
