My second battery just died, and I'm not that heavy a user, so it's disappointing. The batteries cost a mint, and haven't even been upgraded from NiCd to NiMh... I'd suggest rebuilding yours with that latter chemistry.

Turned out it was just a bad batter and replace it with a new one and cleaned up the cables starts every time now but I also have it in a heated shop now so it really never gets a chance to sit out in the cold
