Hi, dear Chyann Wray I'm Saidul islam, a Digital Marketing Expert. I looked at your KZbin channel. You started the channel in 2024 and have already uploaded over 7 videos. However, you only have 27 subscribers and the videos have very few views. I realised that although your content is great, the videos are not properly SEO and optimised. This has caused your channel to lose rank. I see many more problems. If you allow me, I can advise you in detail on how to fix your channel's problems and reach the content more effectively.

@uwolz I 100% agree with you, That is why it's important to hire an agent who has built relationships with the sales representatives. sales reps will only negotiate aggressively with buyers who are represented by an agent. It's the agents job to negotiate pricing to where the numbers make sense for you as the buyer. when everything is said and done in most cases in my market they end up giving away much more than 20k.
