Ah, my go to station! East Maitland is the closest to my home haha. There's some real good spots like the over bridge and also on the other road bridge on Maitland-end. Your very lucky to catch the Ghan NR as a leading engine! Keep up the good work!

If you can see perfectly, the man with the black hat, sunnies, black shirt and recording out of the window of the first coach at the back, the person NEXT to them in the red shirt is MY father, but I didn't put my head out at the right time to look out the window, and if I did I MIGHT have been caught on video by you there. 😭 what a wasted opportunity to finally get myself caught on camera and find myself easily in a public youtube video, so I wouldn't feel left out of being the only friend in my friend group to not appear in a youtube video by someone else IN REAL TIME...😞

When was the 3265 train ride time at 6:40 when it was leaving? I was on the 1:30pm ride, and I was in the first coach, at the back of it, on the right, where your camera is seeing the locomotive from on platform 1, but was the train leaving at 6:40 at a different time before 1:30pm or much later, or was it somewhere around 10-11? (around 10-11am is when I was getting close to central when I saw 3265 go past the suburban/mountain train) I was watching this on my grannyflat tv and I was really hoping I could have seen myself on the steam locomotive when it was leaving, but unfortunately I couldn't see myself so I might not have gotten on the train ride by the time you were recording, or I might not have even been at central yet, but I was on my way to getting there

That was the 10:30am train on the Sunday morning it was the run of 3265 on the day. But pretty cool anyway
