Renovated? Where? If this is renovated, I wonder what it looked like before. This unit has a somewhat weird layout with a lot of wasted space and I suppose the open room you only showed a glimpse of but didn't enter is the 3rd bathroom. Would they charge extra to dispose of all the old Funiture? There's only one or two pieces I'd consider keeping. Also, where's the electric oven in the kitchen? You aren't considering the microwave as an electric oven, are you? I will say I really liked the double fridge in the kitchen.

A nice pool table is perfect in the living room where the dining table is.

Great value. The flooring is beautiful. I'm a bit skeptic on the floor to ceiling heights though...
