12 weeks?!!! Pick up a musical instrument and go on stage after twelve weeks of training. One year at a minimum of 4 training days a week, with sparring after nine months of training, is proper for the first bout.

This is cool. If this is something you came up with then fair play - very creative! Imagine doing this with a VR headset!

Y'all, hello! In the course of my struggle with excess weight, I came across a practical manual “400 Boxing Combinations” that changed the way I thought about training. This book not only provided me with a variety of effective combinations, but also inspired me to train regularly. I began to learn new techniques that helped me not only burn calories but also develop endurance, coordination and strength. Each workout was a real challenge and brought satisfaction and, most importantly, visible results that encouraged me to keep going. Over time, I noticed that practicing boxing combinations not only helped me lose weight, but also improved my overall health. I began to feel more energized and confident in my abilities. Thanks to activity combined with proper nutrition, I achieved my goal and was able to maintain my results. The practical manual “400 Boxing Combinations” has become a real companion for me on the road to health and fitness, opening new horizons in the world of physical activity.

I’d like my son to work on his jab and footwork slowly to master the basics. Could you suggest a good pace and structure for his pad work? We want to focus on coordination between his jab and movement, especially with footwork drills. Any tips or plans would be appreciated! we likes your videos and training keep up the hard work

What’s a feint?

A feint in boxing is a deceptive move where a boxer pretends to throw a punch to trick the opponent and create openings. Hope this quick description helps.

AJ's lead hand has always been mostly down with his lead hand throughout his career, similarly to the likes of Mayweather and even Tyson Fury. The difference is in the extended guard that AJ used to utilize before he took up Ben Davison, that pawing lead hand is nowhere to be seen in the Dubois fight

well for if I'm going against someone as much as experience and skill as me I can go with my guard down easily but fighting a tough opponent I need to make sure my guard stays up
