Has anyone reported any issues with IPA’s canned in July? I had someone bring Focal and Heady to PA for me in mid July, they were canned on 7/9 and 7/11. Had my first one on 7/20 and the hops tasted burnt and stale. Almost like the beer was oxidized. Both the Heady and focal tasted the exact same. I got both of your saisons and they tasted fine oddly enough. Just wanted to point that out. Still love your beer

Recently found out about the PA connections on a podcast with John. PA native and Penn Stater here. PSU family. Also a steelers family, so seeing the terrible towel Im somehow feeling a strange connection. from PA to VT. It's like John is the coolest uncle i never had lol.

I am drinking one now:) It’s awesome, so I had to come here & see what it is! First ya had me at 11.2% cause I threw down the 1st half like nothing & then ya said “cafe”. I was impressed by the outdoor area and the revamped inside since I had last visited , looks f’in sweet. I’m gonna have to google this cafe if this means you have another spot doing something:)

Hells yeah. While everyone else shies away from heavier beers this time a year, not usually seen again until late fall or early winter. Here is Alchemist saying screw that, here have a barrel aged imperial stout. Wish I lived closer!!!
