Never live in a big city! Such as Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Why? Cost of living, many policies and restrictions for students or foreigners. For software engineering Shenzhen is the best option. But it’s also a big city I don’t recommend. Go to Chengdu or Nanjing 🤝

Hey Bro, I had a friend who studied at Nanjing University and by his feedback he told that the city is affordable and very international. Means you will feel like you are in Shanghai, or Guangzhou! Many foreigners, clubs, restaurants and vibes. However, I fully recommend Nanjing city if that’s your first time in China 🇨🇳. Welcome buddy. 🤝

Very nice video! Foreigners are already rare there, but you are something else, you’re probably already accustomed to finding people constantly staring at you hahaha. I really envy you. Most people in here (Spain) travel to other countries in Europe or the US for tourism or even live there, but Asia is underrated. I’ve been wanting to go to China and stay there for a while ever since I was 16, now I am 18 and still know very clearly what I want. I’m saying this because whenever I see a foreigner there I can’t help but feel happy for them and also feel a bit of envy towards them. Wishing you the best!

This is one of the best comments I ever seen here on my Channel! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and if you want to get in touch let’s connect on instagram! I’m used to this. I’m a leader since 10 years old! I’m always in front of many people and giving speeches. This skill helped me when I came here. So they can look at me as much as they want even inviting others to take photos of me I’m totally fine with that. Thanks again Johnny 🤝

Freedom in China... I honestly am buffled that someone would say that. China and freedom are 2 words none of my chinese friends ever bring together after they made their choice to stay here in Germany after finishing their studies. Millions of Chinese just fled China and immigrated to the US and other countries, just in the last 2-3 years. I really don't know why someone, I mean anyone, would say there is any kind of freedom in China, unless you want to go all spiritual and say "your mind is always free".

Martinho, your videos captivate me every time! Watching your latest piece was an absolute delight. Having been to Shanghai and various other cities in China on numerous occasions, I'm always left in awe. Shanghai's vastness ensures there's always a new "corner" or aspect of the city waiting to surprise me with its charm. The mom-and-pop shops scattered throughout China hold a special place in my heart. Moreover, the unparalleled safety, convenience, and Chinese infrastructures are truly unmatched globally. Living in China must be an incredible experience, and I must admit, I'm a bit envious. Just wanted to let you know I've given your video a thumbs-up and have subscribed to your channel.
