Putting Mirabelles house in sunlit plateau is GENIUS! I personally feel her house is one of the eyesore ones but it looks beautiful in the plateau!

I'm hoping to upload a playthrough soon. In this game, you use itinerary cards which determine how far you can move, how much money you collect for that turn, and also reward you with souvenirs if your move lands you in a country showing on the card. If you land in a city that's showing on any of the current available encounter cards, you may collect that card to use for a future perk. If you land in a city that's showing on any of the current available tour cards, you may pay for a tour. Tours are worth victory points at the end. Souvenirs also net you victory points, as well as tokens that give you different one-time abilities during the game, such as flying to an airport prior to taking your itinerary or moving an extra space on your turn. It's super fast to teach and learn, but has enough strategy to be interesting to both new and seasoned board gamers.

***I'M SORRY FOR THE AUDIO ISSUES*** I don't know what happened, but the audio for my voice didn't work at first, then apparently was cutting in & out the whole video. I was on a meeting right before this and it was working fine 🤷♀ Hopefully it will work better next time.

This is so beautiful! I dont really like that biome but the use of those lights and fencing are perfect! You just opened up a lot of possibilities for me. Haha. Thank you! Now I need to grab the haunted mansion when it comes back!

Oh that makes me so happy! TBH, I wasn't liking the biome either & just felt really uninspired until I got some purple lights into Ursula's area & started thinking about making it a New Orleans vibe. I wanted to make it easier to see in there at night & the purple lights did the job for me.

@MistyCozyGaming definitely I'm letting it coalesce, so I'm not copying just inspired by especially with me trying to figure out my fencing for my long path leading back to the Haunted Mansion I also have the stepmother's house down there. The mossy vines overgrowth blends in well. I'm just waiting for Tiana now

Aww. It looks like PS5 multiplayer is coming with the next update & they're going to be working on some more ways to interact even if you don't have friends to play. It can also be helpful to check Reddit or a DDLV Discord channel to find others who want to play together.

Hey! I did a duplication glitch completely by accident once, and let me tell you it was even easier than this! I've tested it a couple times to make sure it works. Here is how I did it. 1st player drops items and opens valley. 2nd player comes amd picks up then goes back to title. This ensures that thwy have the items. As soon as they leave, or even while they are leaving, 1st player turns off the game via reet-

I ran out of space to finish.. -Reset method. Once you turn the game back on, first player should still have all the dropped items on the ground while second player has them in the inventory! 😁

Thanks for sharing! With this method, you'd still have to do it twice for both players to have duplication, if I understood correctly. I think this is a great way to do it if you're only duplicating once or twice. I think it might actually be slower though if player 1 has to reopen the multiplayer portal each time. When both players are dropping the same items, both get the duplicates.

I’m definitely going to be doing this with my daughter. I have a whole modded Nintendo switch (I play ddv on Xbox and PC) and feel no guilt about using it for ACNH, so I’m not going to feel bad for using this glitch while it lasts 😉💜

Yes, I know this may be a controversial trick, but my honest opinion is that duplicating your items in this way doesn't harm anyone or change the game's outcome or give you an advantage (other than possibly decorating your valley faster), so if it improves your own gameplay experience go for it. As far as I know, the developers are aware that this is happening. I don't know if they'll try to stop it at some point. For myself, I found it enjoyable to navigate through the game at the intended pace of collecting resources for quite some time. But now, having completed all of the available storyline and moving into decorating my valley more heavily, I think it's fine to take advantage of getting resources a bit faster. It does help me to get through a few tasks on the star path faster. It's also helped me to reconnect with my sister, which I definitely don't feel bad about. UPDATE 10/17/24: I haven't tested since the Timon & Pumba update, but I believe the game is now saving every 1 minute instead of every 5 minutes. This combined with the amount of lag I'm seeing lately would make it difficult to do this trick (but probably not impossible for some people if trading a few items).

This is so beautiful! How did you get the paths partially bordered and partially regular near Simba/Nala's house? When I use bordered paths I'm only able to have it surrounded by the border on all sides

Thanks. Way in the back, some of the unbordered dirt pathing was just part of the default ground in Sunlit Plateau. I think that's what you're seeing.

Busy work week! Just finally able to watch this one. This is the prettiest 'wastes' area I've seen done yet! Just absolutely stunning at dusk, and I love that sandy fountain area. Haha I get lost in the isle too, those paths are genius. And! Oh my gosh! That fountain tile under the vase!!!!!! I just got the fountain tile from scrooge today (very exciting) so I did not know you can do that. Incredible.

@ricardoblom9953 no, I'm sorry. I did most of my current builds before I started recording for KZbin, so I just have the walk-through. Hopefully the overhead shot can help with placement of the larger items and path.
