Hey man, just to say honestly you're not the only one out there who feels this way. A lot of people feel the same way, which I blame massively on social media creating this false world of everyone doing amazing all the time. There are couple's out there who make collectively 200k a year but got used to the lifestyle and are in 600k of debt and feel hopeless. I thought I had life figured out when I was 24. I was in school for autobody, planned to be done by 26, move out at 27 and that was it. Well in 2016 I had a motorcycle accident that changed all of that. I was in the hospital for 3 months and a wheelchair for another 3 on top of that. Had to re-learn how to walk again (which thankfully I could). The head of the apprenticeship here had promised me a spot for autobody school the following fall. Well that year they had stepped down and when it was time to go back to school after a year of physio, I couldn't get in. So I worked a year after that and ended up hurting myself again at work. Had a sit down discussion with my parents and decided to go to university. Im in my last year now at age 30 and money is tight but I'm still chugging along and I know I have the skills from the trades which many students don't have. I am not sure what/who you work for but maybe if there is an opportunity to get a higher paying job within the company, or shop around for different companies if you want to switch it up. Life will keep challenging you all the time, that will never stop. Honestly a lot of people had good luck and were at the right place at the right time, but you're definitely not first person to feel 'stuck'.
