I urge everyone to not buy this brand. They are horrible. Tried instaling a ball stop tub drain and after 4 different kits ill go with another brand. All kits were faulty pr missing parta. Horrible

Your valves are junk! My right angle valve started leaking at the valve body seam after only a year.

It does come off but I had to cut my pex and take it to a vice to do it. If you're looking to do it inline - good luck - push away from the pex going toward the body of the valve and I hope you have some sort of hydraulic device to help you.

I guess they don't know about the push in type pex valves that they sell?

These 1/4 turn valves suk. The handles are made of cheap, flimsy plastic and although they may work fine upon installation, as the valve sits unused for a couple of years, the elements of water cause it to become slightly more difficult to turn. The plastic handles cannot cut the mustard and they snap with minor resistance.

Would not recommend this product from Ace. Two problems: 1. instructions tell you what to do with certain parts without anywhere (in the instructions or in the box illustrations) identifying which specific parts those names referred to. 2. The rubber washer supplied for the bottom of the fill tube did not fit the tube -- it wouldn't slip over the tube (as necessary to allow the tube to protrude through the hole in the toilet tank bottom -- because the washer had a closed center, with just a few small holes in it. It does NOT look like the washer in the video, which is open and easily fits over the tube. You'd have to do some precision work with an Xacto knife to make the washer fit (and hopefully seal). I had to re-use the old washer, which was decaying but luckily fit.

The video is even worse than your "instruction sheet included". Are there not any employees, associates,etc that can add some reading or listening material to the pictures. The art is great but not everyone needs to have someone "draw them a picture" in lieu of plain 'ole literature.

I've just built a house and had the brick put on, I've wound up with a pex pipe stubbed out of a concrete wall with brick. What would be the best way to install the outside spigot to the pex since there's no movement allowance?

Got for pex, does not work as advertised. Hose doesn't not stay in place, it blows right off regardless of how well seated it is. Don't waste your time/money

If you have to run to the basement to to turn off the water before you can 'turn off the water' to an over flowing toilet than what's the purpose of you product?

Garbage how to video, you should always nut your bolts to the flange before putting a toilet down. Did anyone else see that the bolts were still loose after the caps were snapped on. Plus you should always use a rubber or plastic washer when tightening down a metal nut onto porcelain.

I am now experiencing the same problems with slow, constant filling of the tank from the Keeney Mini Fill Valve reported by many others. The valve appears to perform normally at install but listening closely one can hear the slow running of water through the valve. Shutting the water off at the supply valve at the wall stops the leak. I’ve replaced the valve three times, foolishly I suppose, thinking that I had just purchased a lemon. It now appears that ALL of Keeney’s Minit Fill Valves are lemons. All four that I have purchased in the last 12 months have exhibited this slow fill-valve leak, continuously filling the tank to the overflow pipe. I also note that the company has removed the warranty on the product that was offered a decade ago. There’s your sign. THey KNOW they are supplying a large percentage of defective units. I’d say that they are a prime target for a sizable consumer class action fraud suit. If any lawyer wants to initiate this, I’d join!

I have a Keeney quick-lock angle valve that does not completely turn off the water supply. Can I just use the ball assembly from a new valve to replace the faulty one? There is no space left to prep the pipe for another installation without extensive re-piping. Thanks!
