i had really really terrible cystic acne and took the pill for many years - do try to get off it. Talk to someone about high doses of Vitamin C - seriously really high (you just pee out what you don't need) there is a medication that includes vitamin A acid - it will burn your skin a bit - but you will get rid of scarring in a year or less. So - Vitamin C and E and D - lots of those . Be careful with the vitamin A internally or on your skin. It's old school -but it works and it's safer than the other methods and absolutley better than the pill - Trust me when i say you don't want the other physical problems that will come with "the pill" and also yes, i do have DID - which is why i tuned into your video. Yes i do meet some of my others in the dream state too; and i have a mini recorder beside my bed so i can record the dreams and then talk to people later.

I named ourselves the "Peponto Railway System", because I really like Pepoyo and Submas/Trains verrrry much lol. Not sure if it will change later on

We tend to be good at getting who we want out, out. But that's because we use VRchat, which means we have AVATARS that these alters connect more too. But there is one time where we had everything set up for one year to come out... Only for another to accidentally slip out and was confused as hell. Another time one alter was in a deep conversation with a friend about something and then suddenly switched. And i mean a hard switch where it dazed the hell out of both alters where they didn't know what was going on and couldn't focus on WHO they are.

Thank you so much for this video! I’m not someone with DID, as I don’t experience “switching” but I am Plural. I’m a mixture of 7 different identities, I’ve been this way since middle school. Currently, we’re looking for our first job and there is soooo little information on how to navigate job interviews/job searches/and keeping a job while you have multiple identities. A lot of your tips help a TON! Especially the one about wearing different colors depending on who is fronting/or who you want to front. We are DEFINITELY a color coded group. I think this will help the one of us who is adamantly against a dress code be able to handle it. And the idea of backup is really good too! While we are usually all present, we are still learning how to work as a team in a professional work environment. And having someone “in charge” in a sense, but with backup headmates on hand and trained just in case, would really help if the person in charge has to step back because something triggered them or they’re starting to grow tired of working that day. I’m so glad you were able to find and maintain a job that works for you! I wish you the best of luck with all the trials and tribulations that come with it. Thank you again for creating this video. It’s helped relieve so much anxiety for us.

through dreams was how we first saw our inner world and i think how we got our galaxy (system) name 🌈🦋

AMAB transfemme system here. We are polyfrag but the vast majority of us are female. We have NB alters, genderfluid alters, and even male alters. There's still a lot of us who aren't documented yet but we're pretty confident most of them are either women or femme leaning alters. We have some complicated feelings about gender since our gender was used to control us when the body was younger. Our abusers let us present femme every so often in exchange for obedience. We've talked to most of the alters including the male alters and the most of us who are documented or semi documented have agreed to transition medically and surgically. The males used to front a lot when we were younger because the dysphoria was too much for most of the system and it was really hard on our system with so few males available to front to cope with dysphoria. So we are very certain these are the right steps for us. We are very happy with our transition so far and don't want to transition back to male. It's just too hard on our system.

I just got out of a therapy session where we were learning grounding/presence exercise and ALLL of my protectors and gatekeepers showed up at the same time! That's never happend before and now thier all aware of each other. This is good and big. Cheers to the systems out there!!!❤

About the age thing: I experience that too! We have a little who says she feels 2 years old, and looks 2 in the innerworld, but she’s got the maturity and mannerisms of an older kiddo, maybe 7 or 8. Age can be so weird in DID

I don't have DID but I can view my memories from a 3rd person perspective too, I can switch to 1st if I want though, it's weird
