Unfortunately it's no possible 0 star , they are thieves, first month good connection, second month slow and multiple shut down, third month no possible to conect VPS and they asked for more payment with VNC connection, when i complained one day they resolve problems and second they they say you need to connect via VNC which is more payment, when I canceled service they give a date of cancelation for next month which means I need to pay next month also and they really don't care about customers, even I have tried to call several days, nobody answers and cares. Worst ever ever, I paid to have non interrupt connection to manage my trading account but it seems I paid to be interrupted once every hour, I have lost time, money, energy and trading with this shit, I am going to write every where on internet about your service!!!

I was not able to setup a Ampere in my region (US-EAST) all 3 servers had no availability, instead a created a VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro 1 core , 1GB RAM, 50GB storage, it does tell me will be 2 dollars for boot volume monthly, although, it says always free for compute. The issue is that when I remote in, it shows my desktop I cant control it, it's frozen, I don't know if the issue is lack of resources or something isn't working correctly

Contabo; It is pure theft. On June 6th I bought the "VPS". On June 7th it will be fixed. On June 9th there was a problem with the CPANEL. On June 16th I cancelled my purchase. It was within time to qualify for a refund. On June 17th I had the cancellation steps and followed them. On the same day I was told that I would be refunded. For more than 2 weeks I have not received anything. Now I am without my money and without the VPS. Even logging in to Contabo is not possible, because they have closed my account. What they say is pure lies. It is theft.
