literally how did u put twist up on s tier but not spreadshot. if all shots hit then its good but the same doesn't apply when its spreadshot? even if its short ranged ur more likely to hit ur targets with spreadshot compared to twist up which literally just goes left and right

Whetstone can kill Dr Kahl laser before it even shoots once. I got 1:36 time on Dr Kahl while also S ranking him with it, which matches times that you can get with the weapon swap glitch back in legacy. Certainly not better than C or B tier, but it has its uses

Charge is easily a S tier and the best shot in the game. It does do high damage but you need to understand how much damage. The charge shot does 46 damage per full charge. To compare the first super for cuphead does 87 damage... Meaning two shots does more damage than the super... If you know how to aim you can destroy every bos easily. And that's not the only thing it's good for. There are tricks in the game you can do with the charge shot. For example, you can manipulate the animations of the game to end the match before some character can reach their last phase. When a boss is in a animation they can't stop it. Honey bottomsbfor example. I remember doing yhisntruck trick to get a S grade on her. If you shoot he 7 times and wait for a animation you can get like 4 to 5 extra full charge shots into the next round. If you do it right you can finish the plane before it even begins. Absolutely broken +S tier
