These are beautiful homes and layout. Are those backyard size standard or an added lot premium? Are these models somewhat standard or another $50-100k to look this nice? Thank you 🙏🏽

Both homes I would give a 10 but I do prefer the way the backyard has a much welcoming feeling so pleasing and just enough❤

Any mountain views at North copper canyon and how far away is shopping? We would love to see quick move-ins in that area or surrounding arears around this price range. We are looking to move soon, it's all about finding the right home.

There are some mountain views in the distance - they are not super close up if that is what you are wanting. As far as shopping there is a New Fry's Market Place a few miles away (within 5 miles or so) .... As far as a variety of restaurants you can find even more about 10-15 minutes away... of course depending on heavy your right foot is on the pedal 🚀🚀Zoom Zoom 🤣🤣 When are you planning on moving to this beautiful state of Arizona 🏜 ? Wow, that's concerning because if they had nothing to hide, they wouldn't care about having their name put out there. Clearly not proud of their quality of workmanship obviously. I have to say I would pass on buying a home from this builder, even though the homes are beautiful, I'd be afraid of what you can't see $$$$. When we do buy, I will definitely be getting a trusted home inspector, no matter who the builder is. Better safe than sorry.

I like the price point, but my heart is stuck on Pulte Parklane model. I would love to see that price point on this model, I would buy in a heartbeat. I know I've seen the same layout in other builders I just can't remember which ones.
