Great prices on the houses but…. The first house seriously lacked storage. Small pantry but no linen or hall closets. Small laundry room with no storage. No place to store a vacuum cleaner, sheets, pillows or a tablecloth. The 2nd home was well worth the extra $35,000 for those that can afford it. Even though the kitchen needs additional cabinets.

For a 2800 sq ft home that pantry is ridiculous. Big home = big family, means more food storage. And that flex room should be smaller and give that bedroom downstairs more space so an older adult can stay downstairs. Small rooms = kids/teens, they can easily navigate up and down the stairs. And there’s no reason that loft should be so large. Why not make the rooms bigger with walk in closets? These architects really need a course in common sense. Hate the layout 😏.

You’re right… I had forgotten when I filmed it that I had crossed over into another city 🫣. I didn’t realize it until I was completely done. I’m glad the alternate ending was left out. It was so loud and kinda crude …. doesn’t go with the smooth calm and loving story. Her peacefully passing in her sleep with memories of being with Jack was perfect ❤

On the second one making the flex room into a bdrm would be a nightmare with 3 bdrms sharing 1 bath. And 1 sink at that! Builders just don’t think and always trying to save a buck and cut corners. If bdrms are to share a bathroom it should come with 2 sinks always!!

The 2nd home I didn't see a linen closet anywhere. The pantry was small as well as the primary closet. I love the fact that they are a single story in a single- story neighborhood.
