The only thing that worked in me îs writng IT again but summarized, plus higlifht in color. That's literally the only way i remeber. Sometimes If i read it once i could be lucky to remeber a part. But usually i have to re -write and higlight. Repeating IT out loud like a mumbling parrot never helped me at all, i would have instantlly forgotten all

1. Revise the day you learn something new, it will stick 2. If you want to memorize, revise the day of, then write down what you remember, then revise and repeat until you remember everything. Make connections in your mind, like find some words and things that you can connect to whatever your memorizing. Take notes in your own words during class, only if it doesn't disrupt your listening to the class. 3. This sounds kinda stupid but actually try to understand what is being taught to you instead of just memorizing, memorizing only works for history and geography, if you want to study equations don't just memorize them, understand what your doing with that equation so when it comes time to use it you know how it works and there is no possibility of forgetting it. If you can't understand it, try teaching it in a simple way, you will discover your weak spots. 4. Most importantly read, read any book because if you can't understand what is being asked of you then you might as well shouldn't study because it doesn't matter. Plus it makes you smarter. Try to eat healthy, maintain a sleep schedule, workout, read, spend time outside, invest in hobbies and art, these things might sound unrelated but they are the things that will actually put you up top, just studying can only take you so far.
