Always felt sad for Geeta Roy Dutt and her 3 kids, this lady ruined her household completely, How on earth Guru Dutt betrayed his wife Geeta? who helped to build his career when he was absolutely nothing and supported him in movie business. Geeta was then highly paid play back singer and an iconic personality among indian film fraternity, when Geeta refused to divorce dutt knowing his affair with waheeda he left her and started staying separately which led Geeta into nervous breakdown and got into alcoholism. She neglected her peek career and lost everything her fame, income, husband and her own life too leaving 3 kids behind aged between 10-16. How on earth a woman can destroy another woman's world? Just by wearing classy clothes & jewellery with sweet talks woman cannot be graceful or even called as woman of substance...a real woman will always feel or sense the pain of other woman and always support her by lifting her faith & hope.

The stories were like Geeta refused to divorce Dutt knowing he was involved with Rehman, dutt started living separately which led Geeta into nervous breakdown also got Into alcoholism as she was fed up of gossips about her husband & his love interest, she was then highly paid top play back singer and very popular among film fraternity, helped to build Dutt's career and also supported him in his movie business. They were all happy until Rehman entered his life. I always felt bad for their 3 kids who were just between 10-16 aged when they lost thier parents. I also read in one of the vintage magazine how Waheeda fought to get Meena's role in sahib biwi aur gulam, and when dutt refused Rehman they had big fight at the studio and the entire crew witnessed the fight, was also surprised to watch them together like couple (on YT video ) premier of pakeeza or mugal -eh-azam ( cannot recall) Also heard that after Dutt's death & Geeta's plight, Waheeda was hated by many from the industry and blamed for fall of dutt household. Later she married to low profile actor kamaljeet as suggested by one of her industry friend. I just can't imagine how on earth a woman can destroy another women's world???? Isn't a woman supposed to lift faith & hope of another woman?
