Shostakovich is one of the greatest composers of the 20th century, but I would put him between the first 4-5 best composers of all times, for sure. Unparallel genius. Also congratulations for the perfect performance!

Thanks for sharing this arrangement. I looked this up after seeing a painting dated 1915 that showed an evening view from Vyšehrad. I thought Suk wrote this music around that time. Please feel welcome to share any information about the history or how this music resonates today.
