Hate wrist rolls, in a combative situation, one strike to the hand and you’ll quickly quit that silly move, leave silly moves to the Baton Twirler’s, Poi spinner’s and circus performers.

Wrist rolls are mostly for demonstration purposes and show off and of course it is a skill . I agree that in combat it may not work
