I always found his camera work useful because he would offer be recording you in frame, allowing the viewer to then study and analyze your cycling posture and technique. Nonetheless, still enjoy your videos. Keep up the great work!

Same here. On the long runs (I’m a marathoner now getting into cycling), it’s ok to chat a bit when the effort is low and slow. But, when it’s time to drop the hammer and focus on effort, the conversations stop. I didn’t wake up at 4 am to talk to you about your weekend plans 🤣. Let’s get to work.

Two questions. Can I do the same work out with a cheap vintage beater road bike by myself ( just trying to build endurance). And second. What software do you use to put the two maps up in the top of the video?
@Veloharmony18 күн бұрын
Yes, absolutely. Your body doesn’t care what bike you ride; just that it fits you to avoid injuries. The software used here is called Telemetry Overlay: $149

Yessss - this is what I was waiting for. Endurance sports in heat is not for the weak LOL! I’m in south Florida, and we run at 3:45 am because that’s the only time it’s cool enough and even then, it’s already well into the 80’s with 70% humidity. We usually ride at 7 am (90° by then) and take in tons of water and electrolytes. The heat affects performance so much that, when running, we add an extra 1-2 mins per mile. With cycling, we maintain the same pace, but increase our cooling and fuel intake. This is an important video, and I hope it resonates with your viewers.
@Veloharmony25 күн бұрын

Enjoy watching your group rides. Laura has a very nice /smooth pedal stroke. What training does she do to achieve the nice pedal stroke?
@VeloharmonyАй бұрын
She started with a bike fit and then got a coach to help her build a training plan. She hasn't been cycling very long but it got her there quickly. Consistent training after getting the proper direction is the key.
