Top right, theres pictures of races, double click on the race you want to immigrate. Or you can go to the population tab and click accept immigrants. If youve played banished or dwarf fortress, then its practically the same, the only complicated is the UI.

@@punkdrunkmonk824 yep, regardless of quality the force quantity based on a few factors. If I was like moistcritical I think it would work different. Sucks because I enjoy uploading a lot, but I’m happy regardless.

@@RBAWintrow my original bugtopia had 10 episodes, but I do mention because of beta there’s always a chance I end a series early. Not likely here, but it’s usually to do with my motivation to fight beta issues. Currently this city has issues from early on when the beta started and have been fixed, but I still face them because I don’t start a new town. So for example raiders on this city are bad, but on my new tests they’re easily defeated making bugtopia face a unique beta related standstill.

@colddeadwitch I believe he didn't have the manpower to besiege Rome unfortunately. Great at winning battles, but not wars

@@ggtt2547 I did with the raider army attacking oudrik I only did it for raiders twice, once when I actually went to battle, lost 260 VS 30 and got sacked, and the case with the rebels just insta-stealing my settlement. Truthfully I could've easily just came back from both, but imo the raiders are save scum worthy as they legit are elite troops. I hope it doesn't detract but my intention is entertainment/education not skill, so I when 30 dudes maxed out demolish my starter army of guys trained to like 40% melee and over 200 people, it's a "go back and don't do that" scenario.

I'll also add they bullied me like my first 5 years and I just kept at it. I assumed I could challenge them with my starter divisions only to realize they're OP raiders beating me up in a desert tile (I have 6 active ones, 4 of which would kill me)

@@malapowah there is a title that gives you a population boost I forget the name but it’s unlocked by reaching around 1k pop I believe

@@malapowah a fast way to get it (depending on the version beta you are on) is to load an example city you typically will get the title and others too, helps a bit, but 55 people starting can be devastating on food if you’re newer, I remember going for it early in my experience and all my people starved because I was barely good at feeding 10
