It can be a fake product. As per there customer care that solar panel can only charges the battery and solar panel can not be used for running home load.

I m using luminous battery for last 7 years still getting same battery backup... 0 maintainance in 7 years except acid cost ...and 2nd thing luminous exide livegaurd Microtek all these are giants in battery an ld inverter market ... They have research investment on all theses thing so i think they have more advanced technology of battery as compare to these new start-up companies like swastika etc ...i think there are some reason thats why these giants are not introducing lithium batteries... they know more then these newcommers... So please don't make people fool

While giving the replacement i was asked to get the new battery installed by myself which was again very disappointing. Anyone reading this comment should think while buying their product as just the product with pathetic after sales service is no good.

Sorry Kunwer Ji but your support team will fail your great product again. I was in talks with your sales team to buy a 30 and 40 KVA 3 phase models and just to test the support i recently bought a small model for home on 23rd dec 2024 and on the same day it malfunctioned. And till now there has been no resolution. The inverter as told to me had to be replaced but yet not done. The problem with the piece now seems like a blessing in disguise as I will now rethink my decision to switch to bigger models to replace the gensets.

Very poor sales after service I have purchased and from day one I am facing problems like IOS is not working and getting discharged in shorter time. After six months I got a replacement battery which is also faulty. I don’t know when I will get proper solution from company
