As per the text in James, they in fact fear God and tremble/shudder. Also study through the Gospels and watch the demons reactions around Jesus. They feared Him.

We appreciate comments from viewers and respect their preferences. We are not here to divide the body of Christ. We encourage and challenge people to read God's Word, however there are many translations of the Bible. It is not the version that converts a person. It is the Spirit of God and the Word of God. As a missionary and pastor I have to be able to share whatever applies universally around the world. Which translation of the Bible is does not apply, because of all the languages. John 1:1-3 @ 14. Let's FOCUS on the word, JESUS! I can teach this anywhere.

@@undignified2843 yes a few times since I was a child 60 years ago. The older I got the more transparently it was that it was written by people who although they may have been sincere were merely men. The Abrahamics God was just one of a pantheon of deities from the middle east. It's obvious to anyone who spends time with it that the New Testament is a fabrication based on the Old testament to create a new religion and God.

Thank you very much for your input. The words "departure and falling away" come from the Greek word apostasia. A departure or falling away from spiritual truth. Here is the direct copy of my notes. 2 Thess. 2:3b For that day will not come until there is a (#1) great rebellion against God (#2) and the man of lawlessness is revealed-the one who brings destruction. Rebellion or apostasy ap-os-tas-ee'-ah To forsake, to fall away from or to defect from the spiritual truths/beliefs. I hope this clears this up as to where I was actually teaching from. Thank you and blessings for your comment. I can assure you that having our focus on Jesus and heaven you can and will find peace. This is a process that takes our whole life time. I look at the mess I gave to the Lord when I first got saved, I know personally for me there is a lot for the Lord to take me through. He does promise us never to leave of forsake. I know this will sound simple, taking our eyes off of ourselves and placing them on the Lord. Suddenly my trials seem so much smaller. Blessing Rob, pastor
