It’s okay it happens and it can happen with whatever your doing. Having mental breakdowns will always happen but don’t let that stop you. I know how it feels and it sucks but I know you can do it❤

Yesterday I got a call back from my dream agency saying I wasn't approved for their casting. I was very sad and feeling hopeless. Today thought, watching your videos, I felt comforted by your positivity. It gave me strenght to not give up and keep working hard! Thank you ! Audio choice is fine and give a real life feeling. You talk about subjective motivations in the selection process, but is it something you can try to catch and understand before you go to a casting? I mean , you go to every casting at the same way (this is me take or not) or sometimes you can adapt some of your skills/movements because you know what they expect? Do agencys give a kind of psycological/attitude hints and support for this casting competition? ciao!

Thank you for bringing up these points! I believe it's important to maintain authenticity during castings, as feeling comfortable and confident is key to attracting others. However, doing a bit of homework beforehand, like checking their socials/web for vibes and attire, can help infuse their energy into the walk. And I just check right before the casting (no need to spend too much time and our body and mind will adapt to what we just saw and learnt). Personally, I approach each casting with my own style, but I adapt subtly based on what I learn from seeing their images or videos of fashion show. It's like adding a touch of their essence to mine. A quick and useful three categories I usually dive into are : 1. Cool and cold. 2. Elegant but cool 3. Elegant but warm (with a hint of smile) And for agencies, as my case, they don’t provide psychological or attitude hints, but I believe some agents do that and I am sure if you asked them, they would very happy to tell you. Xx
