Does 20 times for the third excersize mean twenty times each knee bend or twenty times each cycle of moving the bottle one side to the other (these forty knee bends?)

For the first exercise, the arm openers, he's working his left arm while the right stays on the ground. So this is for a painful LEFT arm, correct?

Ive been working out since I was a child, pilates, power lifting, HIIT… but I developed extreme pelvic girdle pain. So I dont assume that it is only caused by having “weak” muscles if I even have it? And it’s surprising that you recommended asymmetrical exercises? Cause thats what trigger the pain extremely for me … any reason for that?

I’m able to do 10-20 hip thrusts at 100+kg, yet still dealing with hip flexor/groin pain on one side. How can the pain be reduced through “strengthening” if body weight exercises are far less than what I’d normally do during a workout?

I’m enjoying the bike so far kzbin.infoUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA My only real complaints are the brakes and the pedals. I feel like a bike designed for bigger people should have much larger pedals and more heavy duty brakes. I’ve only gotten two really good rides out of it, minimal downhill action, and the brakes feel like they’re already going out. A larger person has more momentum, so I think this wasn’t thought through very well. Also, I wear size 13-14 wide shoes. My feet cramp up on these pedals that are clearly made for smaller feet. Since I’m not a pro rider (and I don’t think many are who purchase this bike) I don’t think that the straps on the pedal are necessary at all. None of this takes away from the enjoyment I get from riding, however. I’ll just head to a bike shop to improve on a few things.

Is this exercise called the “Bird Dog”? Superman exercise is when you lie on your belly and have both arms and legs extended and elevated a few inches off the floor.

I get migraines with aura. I felt really tight after a night of feeding and woke up barley seeing out of my eye. I’m not kidding when I say, on the second stretch the aura went away!
