If you obey the law in Indonesia.... you will not own the property. You only have the right to use the property for 30 years... you can extend it for 20 years... then renew it for 30 years... You are not allowed to rent it out, but live in it... but many buyers break the law by renting out... You want to own property in Indonesia...then get married first with Indonesian & be Indonesian citizen... Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship...
