Congratulations you just screwed up your barrel ,I am a machinist by hobby not pro but you will sand off few thousands believe it or not because is way to aggressive but who knows I can be wrong, but I did that once before and I ruined a barrel because half one thousands became one thousands because Inside diameter you have to keep that in mind....

problem three months ago, I bought the new version of the Pocket V2 chrono in the US and today it turns on, recognizes the Bluetooth, connects but does NOT read the shots... can you help me with the problem? I cannot remove the 2 internal screws that hold the plate...I live in Argentina and there is no one here who understands this...Thank you very much in advance I hope you can understand me

I have a .22 cal Zelos that is having a reg problem. Thanks to you I was able to take it apart , and clean up some super tiny debris from the casting ? However the adjustable regulator will only set to 500 psi. I counted 8 beveled flat washer springs. I may have lost some while cleaning. Is there a way I can replace thoes with a coil spring. I have gunsmithing skills but this is my first airgun work , and I admit I messed someting up. Can I get some advice on how to fix this Zelos. I also want you to know I have only shot 28 grain slugs with the reg set at 2,500 with amazing accuracy.

Having recently “mastered” the Stormrider internal mechanisms, I thought I was ready to move up. I’m not mechanically inclined so your video is all have to get me thru the basics and some of the new challenges I expect you to face with the Zelos arriving in a few days. Some of your viewers probably have more experience but as far as I’m concerned a longer video or a second one where you start with the parts and build it on camera would be welcomed. This is my third time thru (and won’t be the last) and I pick up something new each time. Thanks for your work on the project.

But what about burrs that are in grooves? You can't polish those, sand paper will smooth out only the inner riffling, not that outer in grooves. When pellet is pushed through manually the resistance that can be felt can be one on any place of riffling.

Great product from a great seller. I bought the power slug kit (which comes with a porting jig) from eBay. I messaged the seller to ask if he had made a video showing the teardown and rebuild and he posted this video within a few hours for me! Then, when I had some problems reassembling the airgun, the seller Paul gave me his number and texted with me until I got it all back together and working. Overall: I am pretty handy but I had never worked on a gun before. With this video I was able to completely tear it down and rebuilt it, even tore the trigger assembly down to bare frame. It was a lot of fun and I can’t wait to have a reason to do it again. On the porting jig: Be sure you have the right drill bits. I destroyed a bit that literally broke into little pieces. Ended up using bits rated for “aircraft metal.” Drill slow, use some machine oil on the bit, and let the tool do the work. The washer included in the kit is for unscrewing the firing pin assembly. The coat hanger included is for protecting the other side of the barrel when you drill out the barrel port. On reassembling the regulator: I put the regulator back together wrong and it was leaking out the emergency blow hole on the side of the airgun. The entire regulator goes in and out from one the front side of the frame (you can use a rod or something to push it out from the back as Paul does in the video, or you can use needle nose pliers or a hemostat). You can see in the video when Paul pulls the regulator out, a little silver disc falls out. When resembling, that goes in first, and can go in either way. Also, the regulator contains 12 washers, which Paul says to put back in with “a three stack” if you’ll set your regulator over 150 bar, or “a two stack” if under 150 bar. With a three stack, the twelve washers go like this: ((()))((()))” and a two stack is like this “(())(())(()).” Paul has a video where he goes into this a bit more called "Shooting NSA slugs" or something. On resembling the cocking lever: the long rod on the top of the air gun that that operates the cocking handle has a plastic shuttle on the rear; resist the urge to tighten or loosen the shuttle. Don’t let it turn by accident. Just keep it where it is. If you get it all back together and have trouble cocking the gun, like it won’t go back far enough to cock, try adjusted the double-threaded rod at the bottom of the trigger assembly until you feel it cock. It should then be exactly where you need it. Maybe use a little thread lock to keep it from coming loose over time. When I hit problems, Paul was some generous in helping me get it fixed up. I really appreciated it.

Is there any way possible I could send you my Zelos .25 for similar tuning? Im shooting 33 grain hp slugs my reg is pushing 2400 😢 first Im going to be ordering the bottle adapter kit.

love it hopefully i can get it soon. Out of box mine is 52 fpe 33.gr at 890s so for now that's ok but how much more would it give I got the Zelos

Add a big power plenum and you'll get well over a 1000fps

To have more power with the port mods you allready did, i think you need to find a way to add a bigger plenum somehow(the fx impact has a big power plenum and that is the difference) 1. You have modified the port to be able to transfer more volume of air up behind the slug 2. Adjust the hammer so that the port valve releases more air to the barrel 3. Mount a bigger plenum(somehow) and adjust regulator pressure to get more plenum pressure to help with shot consistency/precision to handle the bigger power/velocity output. 4. The long barrel it already has, so that the air pressure can push the pellet/slug for longer time to achieve more power/velocity. 5. All the mods that can be made is now done, now the right adjustments need to be done so the gun shots as powerful and precise as possible. The only way to achieve the most raw power/velocity is to make all the above mods, and to completely remove the regulator and have almost free flow of air from the bottle. Then the air goes straight from the bottle(the higher bottle pressure the better) - through the drilled and flow optimized transfer port - and then to the barrel. Make sure the hammer hits hard on the valve so that it stay open for long as possible. The accuracy would end up to be shit, and the bottle would empty fast.
