That's our manual for inspiration as much as instruction, especially in times like these where there are perverse and outright *false* doctrines running rampant, even in 'our' institutions. Believe in the gospel, admit that you sin, acknowledge that you need to be saved, accept Christ's sacrifice and resurrection on the cross, be baptized in water and with the Holy Spirit, do your utmost to not only sin no more, but to call others to repentance as well; Christ wants as many as possible to make it to Eternity. Read; *None* would be damned, ideally.

Paul's going to be your friend there, particularly in Corinthians, which is basically an ongoing critique of churches that (even then) get it wrong. Gimme a few; I'll spam some examples as I find 'em. It'll probably be ongoing; I don't have instant recall on this data on *where* in there what verses are.

In hindsight, wondering if the same solution would've applied here as with Hecate and her supposedly "I-frame ignoring" attacks. I.E: Find the right rhythm to both Perfect Dodges+Perfect Counter.

O'course. Credit where it's due. I probably wasn't gonna bother with this boss longer than to give my original 10 cents on it unless there was potentially something else to learn. Yup. Every time I see "DPS Barbara" mentioned anywhere, they still rely on a team for it. I wanted to see their ideas put into play solo, though. I'm not blown out of the water or anything on it, but definitely exceeded my expectations.

@@centsant Noelle might be doable. The erosion effect gets through her shield, but..we'll have to see if her Burst cuts through the damage splat's application.

Yup. I usually tend towards my starters, with these kinds of game. Even after I find a proper 5-star to Main, they're never far from hand. I forget why I even went with MGR, and this particular track. Probably getting it out of my system after the MGR spree. And with Jane's motif, I can't say I don't think it matches, in hindsight. They just gave us one of the best possible characters with Anby, straight out the gate though. Fast, stuns easily, *poise*-breaks easily, her dodge-counter isn't time-consuming, so you can spam more. Also, nothing but props for 'survivors', bonus points for the tiny re-affirmations in some of her scenes that she didn't lose her soul in the process. Probably the first character I grew *attached* to, though Billy was a close second once I saw that he isn't just an air-headed clown.

No such luck here; running on PC. Fickle thing, too. I no sooner get used to nonstop lag at lower settings, and then suddenly it runs smooth on higher settings for all of two weeks, kek.

Yup. It's a shame, honestly. I practically knew to not get excited for this update beforehand, but I don't like being right. Kinda similar to how you still get elemental ticks or corrosion ticks even if you're Bursting, you still take the Erosion effect. It's waiting for you as soon as your Burst ends. Best you can do, from what I've seen, is miss that first hit.

@@MrZTF Oh I didn't know it was called the erosion effect, yeah that. So it actually passes through the burst? Man, that's so bs lmao, so that's why I could never i-frame that one, I thought I just couldn't time it properly

@@centsant Nah. Tenebrous Papila could be I-framed, you just had to be ready for a couple of quirks in execution between shape-shifts. Even his 'Burst' could be ducked. But once that effect was applied, nah. It's a pretty new effect; I've only seen it named like, twice. But yeah. It's hard to say for sure when I burst at 2:42, down to the wire on when the erosion effect would kick in VS when my I-frames ended, but 5:09's a *little* better for showing. But if I can't I-frame that first damage, I'm pretty much screwed. The erosion effect bypasses shield, burst I-frames, it's awful. Obvious solution is to avoid getting it applied, be that hard or soft application. But this boss pretty much makes that impossible.

I only started the game a few months ago; I've taught myself a *basic* grasping of Piper/Lucy/Caesar/Soldier 11 and how they each handle, but there's no real time invested with any of them to finesse like I can with Anby, yet. Besides; I tend to simp for my starters. Genshin being the one contradiction there: Jean wasn't my first 5-Star, nor my first Main. Much obliged. I'll keep at it!
