Every time I ever remembered or thought about this movie I always remembered this was where I heard Neeneh Cherry’s “Buffalo Stance” for the first time and it became one of my favorite songs as a teen in the 90’s and became such a fan of Shawnee Smith. 🤩🤩🤩

LMAO. Those intro credits were terrible and so corny. The show deserved better, it was more than decent. Really should have lasted a few seasons.

I remember watching this movie in 89' it was a pilot for a semi mini series from Disney I was bummed when it was cancelled shortly it started Jennie Garth pre 90210 years

I am watching this right now. I think it would have worked better if Shawnee Smith and Jennie Garth switched characters. The creator of this show was Chris Carter who went on to create the X Files. On to better things I guess. (Shawnee Smith was on the X Files.)

I don't see that at all. I think they were both great. The weak link to me is the youngest son and Barbara Eden. Barbara has always been pretty and likable but never a great actress. I am still surprised this show didn't make it, I think it was pretty good for the time period.
