make a claw with high phys damage and put battlemage rune on it to avoid having to play as inquisitor, maybe buy a ring with penance mark to always have enemies that attack you (some bosses will refuse to even swing at you, so hitting him with something will spawn ghosts, which can be abused to "chain" off them). The rest is up to taste, really (Gladiator is probably easiest to get going and is potentially immortal, but also has to wait for his passive to kick in. Maybe look for marauder subclasses if you know what you are doing.

it's Uul-Netol's Vow (Unset Amulet), but it's extremly expensiv (~230ex). So its only good for min maxing - a rare amulet with the stats u need is still good

With levels I and call if the brotherhood cold to fire shenanigans I ended up on 1mil dps per tik - wasn't that bad at bossing in the end. Aegis is dead 100% but with DMG taken recouped as life, life gain/es gain on hit shields it's not afking like that but should be still fine on mapping..it's just a funny build :D Dot DMG is a big problem btw - lethe shade may be good here

iron reflexes shavs is pretty expensiv with 25ex+ good mana res clusters can be expensiv aswell - cheap ones can be 50c-100c each. high ilvl blizzard crown 6ex+ i ended up on spending 50ex atm x) so i rather say its expensiv, but u can do a life based version with less armour and less auras.

With conc effect u gonna prolly hit 90% of ur projectiles - also depending on the hit box of the boss (kitava e.g. has a very large one). But in general conc effect is enough. With slower projectiles u can increase that chance .

Also: Dont forget that we use hydrosphere for ancestral call stack! that means: u spawn the hydrosphere next to the boss and attack it - the ancestral call gonna proc on the boss und u get proj out of the hydrosphere and the enemy boss to increase the dmg. and dont worry - the dps is absolut broken. anything u can stack (str,int,acc) has insane dmg with further investments.

Yes - Grelwood Shank as a starter and here an older Jewelled Foil Tree: pastebin.com/fEwYtEmF but i highly recommend claws for the massiv life gain on hit plus Fan of Blades (+1 projectile) cluster - claws scaled the projectile dmg way harder where foils mainly scales the melee hit dps

However I do have a question after looking at your channel. Is it worth to farm for a oni-goroshi as leaguestart because molten strike is kinda scuffed for levling ever since they did melee rework. Or is it better to rush to maps and do chaos recipe for Greelwoodshank + Ewar's Mirage/Saffell's Frame or 2x Nebuloch?

@@pvt.pingus1758 Yeah the DMG is already overloaded so u have plenty room for tankyness upgrades. Well i dont like Nebuloch for this build since we are aiming hardcore for lightning damage and grelwood is just the perfect sword for molten strike +2 proj and iron reflexes gives alot of utility. Oni-Goroshi is a good starter but depending on the time to farm it its just better to rush for maps and doing the chaos recipe - Ichimonji carries u trough maps anyway(+hydrosphere stacking against bosses). Lacking a good weapon through acts is rly rough for molten strike - if u dont get one its probably better an other melee skill like cleave. if u can afford the lvling weapons u should have no problem at all clearing acts tho. The Main DPS increase comes after u got the boot base and get ur insane light dmg spike plus trinity abuse

I also recommend getting a thief's torment early on - the utility from this one ring is just insane

U know that there is a "manage tree" section with lvling guide and budget gear? This isnt a build guide video - its just patch notes update. The last and shown pob is just the full potential if u wanna go ham on this. EXTREM Budget end up with ~400k dps per magma ball - 6 balls - 2,4mil plus the melee hit. Enough to clear Shaper and Elder. Any further invesments into accuracy rating will explode the dmg. Obscurantis is 1-3c, Oskarm 3-7c, Grelwood (depending when u buy it) 20c-1ex. Biggest investment early is just a good chest

Problem there is that our key unqiues and boots are evasion based - evasion itself isnt a good stat for jugger. Didnt mentioned here in this part since its an ongoing update - Iron Reflexes and the ASC Unbreakable can boost ur armour anyway unbreakable is rly good we only take unrelenting if we have problems with our chaos res. Still: since we are Juggernaut we have an easy acces to endurance charges which provides 16% of physical damage reduction aswell(+fortify). The other benefit is our insane life leech/reg with jugger and the lgoh with our claw which will allow u to facetank every hit. I never had problems in the past without iron reflexes - changes to the defence layer in scourge might change that but then we can easily adjust the tree since we have way more then enough dmg. the skilltree is rly flexible to get more defence layer in. If i aknowledge any problems with this build i'll post updates and what we need to change.

plus: if u want more tankyness its always possible to skip some dmg nodes and scale ur block chance to get another defensiv layer

It's not affecting the build at all - this was only single boss target pushing hardcore for pob. It's only a hard nerf to ballista. Video coming soon - currently vacation and uploading a video takes forever :D

But Support gems nerfed - the main dmg comes from item scaling anyway. The build surrived - we need some adaptions to higher mana costs and trigger with cwdt and trigger assassin's mark but that's fine. Chaos res base ring seems to be best slot now if we don't craft on synthesis rings.

@@nashrearal7433 yeah but luckily it is a "global nerf" so effects lots of builds and that makes the nerf less impactful in a way. Also just makes me excited to check out new ways to refine the build

Regarding the balance Manifesto we need more mana for our cwdt setup but overall the builds still looks fine. Let's cross fingers for the patch notes

@@kellasiskahn i personally never dropped a grelwood or obscurantis last league :D but yes those items dropping heavily in prices fast. I think acc Stack molten strike gonna be one of the best starters for next league

@@madg1625 cruelty was only for bossing since I didn't have a white socket for the right gem to swap. But at the end I didn't bother swapping ancestral call with cruelty anymore since the dmg with ancestral call was high enough

yeah i saw one guy playin it with trinity support - tbh i never cared about trinity support since scaling fire dmg takes to much effort. its an intresting thing tho and congrats to you fiugred it out. 1. Are u playin with claws or Swords? If u play Swords u can never compare the dmg to claws since u lack the amount of Balls. 2.When i played this Build in Ritual league and invested more then 20 ex then in Ultimatum - nothing beaten Wrath and pure Acc/Light Dmg scaling. Its depending on how much currency you wanna invest in a Build thats totally bonkers, but at the end it doenst really matter, right? The Dmg is totally stupid and surivability is pretty good. Im glad ppl found back to good "Old" Molten Strike..its been to long

​@@aspenxevel8296 first: if ur happy and feel comfortable enough with ur build - keep it like that and dont bother with that what im sayin now: there are severals things i really dont like about ur pob. (btw congratz to the hollow fossil on your boots^^) Dodge/Evasion with Elusive on Juggernaut is a wasted stat. Ur ascendency is balanced around getting hit not dodging hits. you lose armour/block/phys dmg reduction for acrobatis and thats really not worth it! investintg all those skillpoints in max block is straight up better. and ur dodge is way to low to make it worth losing the other stuff. u can convert all ur evasion to armour tho if u need more phys dmg red. Div blood rage is a trap: u already reached ur maximum recovery/leech limit with feed the fury and the 0.4% doesnt benefit u at all. anomalous blood rage is straight up the best for getting frenzy charges vs bosses(if u can afford it). I really recommend adding a life gain on hit mechanic! implicit on a ring e.g. or elder ring or a small cluster with feast of flesh. life gain on hit is absolutely nuts with molten strike and boost ur life leech/gain massiv. u will feel how much more tankyness this will give you. As i metioned: might of the meek and unnatural instict are only good starter options - they fall of pretty hard compared to other skill points. the investment for those is pretty high but its overall a good starter choice until u balanced ur character. I dont like skipping concentrated effect at all! WIth awakened ancestral call ur Magma Balls are spreading why to hard and then u lose alot of dmg that the pob wont show u cuz not all balls are hitting the enemy. Concentrated effect was always one of the best gems for Molten Strike to stop the spread and allow all balls hitting the enemy. As far as i know: what ur PoB doenst show u is the missing Cold damage for trinity support - yes u only need 2 Elements for trinity support to make the gem work, but u dont gain the max bonus(like in pob) if u dont have ANY cold resonance! thats why ppl run vortex or cwdt cold snap with trinity to get the cold resonance. well thats my view and doesnt mean anything if u feel comfortable with ur style. im pretty sure u can clear any content with that version anyway and gonna have enough surivability - i dont wanna trash talk ur version of the build just my pov x)

@@0A01amir i had 0 exalt drops in the first week but then u need to figure out how u can farm currency on budget - their are plenty strats to do so..thats not the problem of any build(even this build can kill elder on 3 ex budget) just u beein lazy to research. in 10h u can farm atleast 2 exalts in "bubble gum currency"/gems/fossils/resonator/breachstones/contracts. i had 4 pure exalt drops this league but i know how to farm currency and made 60 exalts with trading or crafting items.

@@nashrearal7433 Then again, you need some quality items to sell, selling needs premium stash tabs which i have 2 and it's not enough, and in order to make currency you have to invest, you can't invest when you are broke and every single shit is overpriced as fuck +shit luck = you hit dead end. i watched bunch of farming videos, none of them helped. (hey if you invest 10c in this map/league thingy at this level you get 5 in profit. no shit ? i can even do the thing, let alone invest on it so i lose whatever i have) My builds are garbage - cant progress which leads to not making currency, today it took me around 20min to kill one of the guardians without me dying, thats how shit my damage is as a molten strike build, beucase lack of good gear/jewels and i and my minions cant survive a hit with my Carrion Golem.

@@0A01amir With Grelwood Shank, a decent shield, 20c 6l and basic sword cluster for max 40c u should be able via hydrosphere stack to kill some bosses (dyin sun atm cost only 9c?)- u can always run guardian maps in white versions if u only wanna hunt the fragments so the bosses wont be that challenging. Spamm farming Alva in glennach cairns gives u alot of good temples u can sell on aswell. doing betrayal and sell the aisling/hillock/vorici via tft discord gives currency and catarina is fairly easy as a boss. delving only for azurite in deeper levels(monster lvl 84+) and exchange all azurite for resonaters via niko gives u a good amount of currency aswell - with life gain on hit u have no problems to go in the darkness and search for fossils aswell. these are just master/low investment strats. even surriving ultimatum should give u 5-15c each ultimatum. idk i paid 5c for each basic ring, 20c for a basic amulet, grelwood is 10c max, obscurantis 1-5c, oskarms good acc roll 20c? and that was all i needed to do betrayal or heist content - and yes im dyin sometimes aswell vs guardians. if u cant farm up one ex in total for basic gear then something is really going wrong. i can understand u are getting frustrated (and non aura stacker necromancer carrion golem just suck ass now), but then u need to check where the problem is and which investment gives u the biggest upgrade for that case. in my build diary videos i was speakin about havin the same problems early on but also how i figured out to progress and in my league starter video i even said "i wont recommend league starting this build, its way to expensiv early on". burning arrow/any ignite build at its current state is just way better to progress, but if u can farm up currency easily(and yes that also means doing the chaos recipe early league) this build will give u everything u need. the problem: this late in the league is anyway to sell items - playerbase dropping low,basic items probably wont sell anymore and only crafted items/good uniques/fragments will most likely be worth smth. playin late league/starting late league is always a big problem to progress without any drops im not sure how i can help u out with that general problem in late league - all i can do is just watching over ur pob and talkin about low investment upgrades and recommend doing heist contracts/delve for bubble gum currency

U don't need "hits can't be evaded" mod since our accuracy giving us 100% hit Chance. And u don't want to use claws until u can craft a high light dmg and pen claw or at least have the cluster jewels for claws (they are very expensive). Go with a grelwood shank as a weapon. Dual wield weapons will always give you more dps since u using 2 weapons ;) but we want more defensive stats from a shield rather then more dps.

Alsong u have the good lvl uniques/weapon u can use a shield in off hand. Molten strike damage for normal acts is totally fine but will suffer afterwards without grelwood. Ultimatums gettin harder if ur are undergeared and u will recognize that on the hard way :D But yeah they are getting harder the more u surrive but this build has no problems at all clearing/surviving this content

@@peanut9898 for lvl 40 everything is fine. Stay in thief torment for a while until u have a source to leech life and mana. Oscarm gloves are the next step. For any other lvl unigue check out the pob

U got the acc boot base? Then don't play xoph!! Avatar of fire kills ur lightning damage from the boots. Get a normal acc crit Multi amulet and then work on the minus naja cost crit chest. After that work on your clusters - just get 2 with fan of blades and feed the fury and then one with fan of blades and fuel the fight. U can get the 3rd passive (martial prowess) cluster later. So just work on your crit now.

No i was stacking fire dmg thats why xophs ;-) Now i will make your build Dont get me wrong my toon iS strong but yours is on another lvl I really like your work , i subbed and will follow On ultimatum i play ice crash , max crit , staff berserker

I would start with grelwood shank's, Boots and a good crit chest. If u have currency left invest in cluster and then swap to claw if u got at least 2 fan of blades cluster

Normal molten strike can't reach those damage numbers since u can't scale crit. Normal molten strike is dead..with high investment u can get like 1mil per ball but with the same investment in acc or howa u reach higher dmg and life Numbers. Acc has a better scaling

And ACC needs good jewels aswell - therefor ACC outscales HOWA quite heavily with further investments. Normal Molten Strike is hard capped and Claws will always beat any other item Base due Fan of Blades Clusters

1. thats all defense layers with pantheon (lunaris and tukohama), immortal call. plus the high life regen on cons ground and life gain on hit with the claw. and yes those are enough to faceroll any content in the game 2. unrelenting is good aswell aslong u dont have ur chaos res balanced with the endu charges..u should always go unrelenting if ur not chaos res capped. unbreakable is overall better for more life regen and the perma 5% reduced damage taken.

Hope you gonna enjoy it - if u struggle let me know We use molten strike for it's mechanic's - the boot item base gives u flat lightning damage per accuracy. So our main dmg comes from the boots plus crit from oscarm and projectile damage from obscurantis
