I bought a 3 month subscription for my lady and paid in full for the 3 months. The workout videos did not work and the “live membership” was from 2022. We both attempted to reach out to her and the evolve team through the outlets she provides and received no response. On top of that we continued to get charged when the second month hit and had to cancel the membership in order for it to stop charging us and were unable to use the service entirely after she charged us for another month and due to videos not working. Heba is great for mindset but business management is lacking on many levels. 😕

Maybe this shouldn't be titled acai protein bowls. I'm looking for protein powder flavors that pair nicely with acai.

5-6 hours of sleep is far too low. You can get used to being sleep deprived but that doesn’t make it good. Women actually need 8-10 hours of sleep

Hi. Im really interested in mindset topics and I have been following you since the pandemic ı guess. You thought me a lot and gave me a new perspective which I think is one of the most valuable gift so thank you. You are so inspiring and also you are my role model. I love your thinking style, training style, how you always improving yourself, how flexible you are and your personality. I would like to buy all your programs and gears however because I live in Turkey and as a student, economy is pushing hard. But I’m craving to learn and improve myself so thank you for sharing your knowledge so that everyone could benefit. The work you are putting in is a real treasure. Im so glad to find you, you are the best❤️

I love watching your videos so much valuable topic your discussing. In regards to visualization that’s so true even Arnold schwarzenegger mentioned this in his documentary how he visualized himself winning competitions and watching the crowd. Mind blowing what humans are capable of.

The inside is empty. Like a clinic foyer. No Need to decorate or get attached; it's all temporary. In other news you looked cute prancing around like a circus animal. Your tamer has thought you agility very well. And your dumbass would get headaches with caffeine because you would skip on water. There is far more silliness hidden there.

Yeah I tried HIIT immediately after Iftar….Nahhhh that aint it sis. 🤣🤣🤣Granted I have waited for the food to digest and then rest bit and then do HIIT and that felt better. But it was a later night workout though.
@Ben-si7ve6 ай бұрын
I usually break my fast with a banana, an apple and an orange so my stomach isn't packed full. You can have a snack after the HIT training the rest.
@vektheartist6 ай бұрын
@@Ben-si7ve I definitely tried that too. Break the fast with fruit then do HIIT. I can’t remember how I felt exactly but there’s a reason why doing it after digesting a meal stuck with me for consistent nights which was the important for me.

You want to dominate an Islamic man lmao. You have all kinds of daddy issues. Parents provided everything so easily and for you to be in fancy gyms when you were 20 and pursue your fitness, but didn't teach you femininity. You definitely have not read the quaran but practice it out of culture. Self made men are not going to take a privileged princess seriously. Although you studied phycology you are unattuned and self observed. You exclude yourself from being part of the problem hence why you can't adjust outside of your work or fitness. That's pretty much your whole identity. high status man you seek will judge you righteously as he is actually self made and many steps ahead of you. You're all red flags. Years of emotional damage in relationships, daddy issues, trust issues non of that is going away anytime soon or overnight. My girl is beautiful. I picked her up at Starbucks getting my venti iced coffee with light ice and no classic. I could give two shits of her income or education. She's easily replaceable. But we have a bond and she's calm around men and my deep voice which scares girls. She has a father who cared for her emotional needs. That takes effort. "I know a girl whose one goal was to visit Rome Then she finally got to Rome And all she did was post pictures for people at home ‘Cause all that mattered was impressin’ everybody she’s known I know another girl that’s cryin’ out for help But her latest caption is “Leave me alone” I know a girl happily married ’til she puts down her phone I know a girl that saves pictures from places she’s flown To post later and make it look like she still on the go" - Drizzy
