If you use a torch to melt and scrape paint off your house it's a $10,000 fine from the fire Marshall in Florida, and that was 25 years ago.

How does it keep them away? I’ve seen burn wood have wasp hives hanging on them. I’ve even seen birds nest. So how does this keep them away?

You're scorching the metal under the paint and it will cause the paint to come off why should that would rot in the first place it's out of the weather it'll stay dry it looks treated what is wrong with you

You need to char it way more then that for the bugs to stay away from it

Plus, if you charge your wood posts before you bury them, they will not rot in the ground so there’s no need for pressure-treated!

Why mot treat the wood before you build with it? I see many unstained and untreated decks and fences here in San Antonio. And nails😂😂 They use nails to put up their decks and fences as well😂😂. Bass Ackwards ahh city

In what fckng mindset did you actually think thatll work? Ive removed alot of rot from houses which had fires and i can tell you first hand bugs attack any wood. Theres only a single way to prevent them and that is to REMOVE THE ROT! or wet lumber
