Hi! I used monk cloth and milk cotton yarn. Monk cloth is commonly used to punch needle. I hope my answer was helpful :)

Hi! I've used a punch needle, monk cloth (different from embroidery fabric, don't make my mistake 😆), hoop, and yarn. During needle punching the fabric, it creates loops on the front side of the fabric 😊 Kind of relaxing
