Trust me i am living in bahria phase 8 rawalpindi. I know about property rates and yes its down to dead. 10 marla plot sold in k sector is now about 40 to 45 lac. I can give you many more examples. And MR land guru pls dont talk about remmitences as there are many factors involved why its increased. Approx 7 lac professionals & qualified ppl have left pakistan its a declared figure. Wont they send money back home? What kind of indicator is this that remmitences are going up. Thing will be better 🤦🏻‍♂️ I dont want to go in that debate ppl can understand it better.
