Can someone please explain to me how beating a dog to death is okay??? Spaying and neutering your pets prevents unwanted pregnancies, which prevents over population of dogs and cats. So come on Sri Lanka, get your pets neutered, which in turn will prevent a lot of suffering!

Also, being Asian myself and have never seen anything but great things from you and your husband and I simply do not understand why that person from India had commented the way they do. It is a very backward way of thinking, please just understand you, your husband, myself and majority of people are 21st century progressive modern people with contemporary solution-based cutting edge thinking. Do not let such people who make negative comments about your video interfer with our modern thinking and way of life. Those people are beneath 21st century modern posittive standards and will remain in their old ways. Wow, a sloth bear! That’s a first for me. I’m from Alaska and I’ve physically seen black bears, brown bears, grizzly bears (the difference between a brown bear and grizzly bear is geographic location) Kodiak brown bear (largest brown bear in the world) and a polar bear but never a sloth bear.

Your knee problem might be because of running on concrete. That had happened to me before. When I would run on gravel/dirt my knee hurt less. My knee usually would hurt the first two weeks of running then would gradually decrease. I usually had to increase the muscles around the knee by doing physical therapy using different equipment to build up muscles around the knee. Knee pain is the worse. I’m sorry you started out with knee pain from day one. You got this Lucy!
