We have very hot summers in Warner Robins. It does get up to 100 degrees and higher. The humidity and bugs make it unbearable

@@cherylwest5444 I appreciate your input, but the climate data for Warner Robins, Georgia, indicates that while summers are warm, temperatures rarely exceed 100°F. The average high in July, the hottest month, is approximately 92°F.  Regarding insects, like many regions in Georgia, Warner Robins does experience mosquito activity, especially during warmer months. However, the city implements mosquito control programs to manage their populations.  While some residents might find the summer heat and insects bothersome, many people live comfortably in Warner Robins year-round.

Thanks for sharing. I have never been to Macon but will be visiting it soon. People have told me to be cautious because the people in Macon and surrounding areas are mean and petty. Not sure what to think about that.

Yeah thanks. I’ll stay in Loudoun County VA. The average household income is $225,000, which means *lots* of good paying, professional jobs. Real estate is lovely - there is plenty on the market for less than $1 million. Plenty. ❤

Moving from Tampa FL to Georgia soon. We're in the process of buying a home in the area (likely Perry or Warner Robins). Definitely feeling really nice about selecting the area. It reminds me of my hometown in rural Oklahoma, which I absolutely refuse to move my little family to. it feels perfectly close enough to in-laws, cities where my favorite bands frequently visit, beaches, and my family's favorite Tampa Bay restaurants... but far enough away from hurricane evacuation zones, insane cost of living and astronomical rent. 😊 We are so looking forward to this new chapter in life.

@LivingInMiddleGeorgia I so wish I would've known you guys were active realtors in the area a couple weeks before I made this comment, because I totally would have done that! We do have an agent that my aunt had put me in contact with about 2 weeks ago who has been just great, however. We're actually going up that way tomorrow to look at all the homes she's got for us. I'll keep you all in mind once my grandmother in law moves up that way when she retires soon! She's a realtor, as well. Part of the reason we're actually moving is because she wants to sell the property we rent from her and retire. 😅 She's 95 going on 76 (implying ofc that you'd never believe she's 95 if you didn't know any better), she deserves a rest! We'll also be looking at ranch properties or land in the possible near future though, as I fully intend to get back into farm/homestead life! I appreciate your offer and would love to work with you guys in the future!

It's nice to have found your channel, its been immensely helpful! Due to unforseen circumstances, we're going to need to move from FL pretty quickly. I had some friends who were telling me how dangerous the area is, but we're trying not to move too far out of Tampa and Warner Robins was my first thought since I have a family friend who has lived there for many years and is retired Air Force

I'm looking for a custom home builder around Warner Robins. I'm retired military so we would like the amenities of the base. I'm just not impressed by the production homes being built around the area. I really don't care about the activities. What I really want is a nice house in the area.

O yeah, middle GA is fantastic location wise. Cost of living unbeatable. Houses are still amazing, and the schools rate great. It's a hidden gem.
