@@rbagrape My friend my mom was going about 55mph but wasn't going 70 because of conditions, most weather crashes caused by conditions are from people who didn't think their speed would affect their control but were gravely wrong, rain removes all traction, literally today a news report was made about a box truck going the speed limit in weather conditions (the exact story here) and he lost control and crashed into a fire truck on the side. if this guys going OVER the limit, if anything happens, he'll lose all traction in the water and wreck. Please slow down for conditions it's much, much safer!
