Dear Kirk & Marilyn, Respectfully, I was unaware of any attempts to reach me in regards to the removal of this video. Mary Savignano, a longtime concert-goer of yours, passed on March 2, 2017 and as her family we were very grateful for you to come out to her on her last birthday. Please email me at [email protected] to discuss further action; hoping we can come to some agreement, as this video was made in the hopes of memorializing my aunt in the event that she passed.
