Beautiful diy project, I just would have loved if the trashbag roll suggestion was left out altogether. The beauty of the project comes from being environmentally friendly and decreasing not increasing plastic waste on our planet 😢.

Hi Sarah I just wanted to let you know I made your ginger bread house the front part of it only. I am adding it to my folk art crochet blanket for my Christmas theme.. It turned out amazing. You explained it so perfect. Next Christmas I'm making the whole ginger bread house for my granddaughter who is 8. Thank you for sharing your pattern of the Ginger bread house . I'm using your ginger bread house pattern the front part of it also to make My Church for (My crochet folk art blanket). I'm new to Crocheting houses. Your pattern will get used alot by me. Your pattern is so amazing. And easy to make. Many times thanks for sharing. Mrs Portia Roberson

it would have been helpful for yo u to say when making the roof the amount of stitches per row when decreasing and how many rows there were

I was thinking of using a hot glue gun and gluing things to the house, and gluing the sides to the cardboard and then sewing the sides together

Little curious as to why you don't do the single crochet two together for the first two stitches. It's always skip a stitch.

Can anyone help me with the roof, i have all pieces except for the roof. I cant see anything except her fingers not her crochet wirk😢
@lisal96333 жыл бұрын
this is adorable & thank you for making this tutorial. Unfortunately I’m having so much trouble making this. Since it’s not a crochet along and you only show if you stitches and then on super fast speed you finish the row I have to keep stopping and trying to crochet and then find where you pick up again and it’s very very challenging. Do you have any written instructions so that I don’t have to keep pulling my work out and rewinding and starting again. I am on the roof right now and I have crocheted this first and second row a half a dozen times. I can barely see the crochet work I can really only see your fingers and I’m trying to see on the second row what did you go into and I can’t. So I was hoping that the written instructions might help greatly appreciate anything that you can do to help as I’m trying to make this for a Christmas gift for my daughter and her husband thank you very much🎄☃️

This makes a really nice and beautiful bow. Thanks for showing us. Do your fingers hurt from all the hot glue? I was worried about your fingers when I saw the pinching part!
