Just owning then gives bonus attributes, and if you level then up that bonus goes up too, this goes to class and weapons too.

Its part of your owned effect. Its accummulative but not recommended at early/intermediate stage.

It's all about damage, build is not really changing much. Only supersonic changes a lot in speed lvls, besides that it's just grinding.
