What the heck is "ReHearsing" - does that mean repeating a funeral? It is REHEARSING as in rehearsal.

That miniver to turn the mass band around it’s called the spin wheel, there is no written instructions on how this done, as half the band turns back on its self but still ends facing the same way as the rest of the band. The knowledge of this is passed on to the new drummers/ bands person who’ve never done anything like this

In Serbia, it was called Stanlio i Olio. They used the French print from 1974. They aired in the 80s in TV Beograd.

Dick Van Dyke could do a pretty good Laurel, sometimes looking just like him. I think Jum McGeorge (voice of Ollie here) used to do Ollie’s mannerisms.

I can remember watching these when I was growing up in the 80s and enjoying them, but my parents saying that they were nowhere near as good as the real Stan and Ollie. Watching this again now, I definitely agree!

He's pretty good, but he doesn't quite have Hardy's Southern accent down. The overall imitation is on the mark, but Ollie's Georgia accent is very distinctive and some of the words aren't pronounced authentically.

the characters surprisingly come close to the originals. even their voices sound almost perfectly. but sad enough, script, plot + dialogue appear to be disastrous. it simply makes no sense.

This cartoon series + the Abbott & Costello cartoon series was produced by Hanna-Barbera mainly for local “kiddie shows” as filler entertainment in the 60s. Not really meant for anybody over 10…I was born in 1959 BTW.
