Tessa Thurman Programs that focus on girls and women in African countries by outside organizations usually have deeply hidden agendas. The concept of girls only is already divisive. Rare is the outside organization that will push whole family agendas and fecundity on the African continent. The people leading these sessions most likely do not mix that often with African heritage people in their own countries/social circles. So it makes me chuckle. I read your reference to Ethiopians being in the Bible. These people, regions and folk ways are PREHISTORIC !!! I pray that they grow to seek their own counsel and trust themselves and shun outsiders who in the long term really do not have their best interest at heart.
