WHAT?!?!?! She passed away? I had no idea, I had got into her content a few years ago then when all the drama happened her uploads were here and there. I was recently thinking about her and how she had been doing since she moved. So sad to know she's gone.

@@twiztedlettesl unfortunately, yeah. I know.😭 Her death was completely shocking. I remember seeing the announcement on her Instagram account on my feed that she had unexpectedly passed away in June. I did not watch her content on KZbin but was following more on her personal life on Instagram. I do remember hearing about the issues that she was having with the internet trolls. She passed wayyy too young at 30. 😭

@twiztedlettesl Yeah, the last year or two she had switched over to twitch as her main content platform, she felt like the community over there was smaller and more supportive. I was really shocked too when I opened ig one day to find a post from her parents confirming that she had passed. Reddit had a lot of gossip, and I remember seeing someone post about her death was due to an undiagnosed heart condition, but I couldn't ever find anything to back that up. Of course her parents are entitled to privacy, her former husband is deliberately hiding, and you know Sam will never come out and say a word after stabbing her in the back for his bromance with Dan. I just hope that she experienced some kind of happiness, no matter how small, in the last few months of her life. Oh, and poor Archie!!! How heart breaking!

@deadangel2211 truly so sad, I know she was trying to find herself after moving to Tasmania but I think she said her address was leaked and her dream home that she put all her money into was visited by many unwanted people. Not sure where I heard that or if it's true but I was around when the Dan and Sam thing happened and it was so sad. I understand Dan's point of view with her having all the birds but all the other stuff she posted about him with that situation was truly so sad and the fact her so called friends turned on her was sad also. I know there was some gossip site about her and many people were speculating she might have been having mental health issues and well I know you can probably guess what many people speculated what her COD was. I was literally just going into a deep dive about it and I read that it was an infection with her heart. I just watched some of her last videos before her passing and while she did try to make it seem like she was okay you could tell something was wrong I think she was feeling tired or out of breath during a stream. Either way I hope she has found peace and happiness. It seemed like there was a lot of people against her and had so much h8tred towards her which I could never understand why. I'm still just so shocked about it, I know it's been months but it doesn't seem real.

While I understand the missing of haul content, and the excitement of new things I don't think you are really grasping at the main point of her content now. hauls are overconsumption to its core in many ways. content creators are buying tons of things for hauls that they simply don't need and will most likely just get rid of anyway and create more waste. Annalise is making content now talking about how bad fast fashion is and what harm it is doing. So to go and make a haul would be directly going against what her current content is about.

Most of Annalise's followers originally subscribed for her fun haul videos, where she often kept the clothes she liked, sold others on Depop, or donated them-helping to reduce the environmental impact of new clothing production anyway. People need to buy clothes, so her haul videos helped viewers see items before purchasing. Branching into new content is great, but abandoning the original style entirely may lead to a drop in subscribers and views, that's all I'm saying.
