Hi, this condo closed in February 2021. It sold for 390,000 USD. There are a couple unit for sale but there in the C building behind the pool

It’s based on square footage so somewhere between 350 to 450 USD per month. A couple nights a month of vacation rental should about cover the HOA expense.

the entry is narrow the staircase is extremely narrow ! Imagine someone fat try to get in and up ? I noticed in most all houses including so called high end the plumbing and electricity is often crap

Affordability is only true when you live there and your money is coming in from anywhere outside of Mexico. If you depend on an income from within Mexico you will end up living in poverty.

2020 has been tough due to Covid 19, but the government took swift action and we have not had a bad outbreak. Stores require a mask and give you hand sanitizer as you enter. They also disinfect the shopping carts. We feel pretty safe. Cabo opened to tourists on June 15, 2020 and there are 179 covid cases at this time, so thankfully the numbers are going down. The real estate market has been crazy busy! We've sold many properties remotely through video or social distancing in separate cars. The airport is packed with new arrivals so people are coming back and ready for some Cabo time!

Curious about the Water and Sewage. Coming from the Mountains of Colorado (where the Water is excellent and plentiful) - how is the Water at this home? And, what type of Waste Management is there?

There is a water purification system for the whole house. The sewer is a treatment plant with the Cabo Real Neighborhood. There is a huge list of details that was provided to us by the seller. He was an electrical engineer so he was very meticulous and made sure the house was built to U.S. standards. I'll email you the list shortly.
