I think is in Wyoming where I live bas3d on the landscape & the highway patrol car markings. The jerk got just what he deserves! In the West 5here are loooong stretches of highway between services. It’s obviously cold & no one should be stuck in the middle of nowhere anytime, especially in winter.

It sort of depends on how bad the semi chopped the PU. I drove for several years from Calif. to east coast and I always tried to treat other drivers the way I wanted to be treated, still do. Now days a lot of truckers have no respect for people that are going faster than they are in the other lane. I realize they want to maintain momentum but sometimes you can't. If I see that I'm going to trap someone, when I can, I speed up to get past them so they can get around a slower vehicle.

My brother in law and I got a bunch of kids pulled over by police one night. The officer followed up with a phone call to say that the driver had lost his driving license.

The most ignorant drivers on the road are truckers that take minutes to pass another truck when their speeds are nearly identical. You can tell by the passing truck's exhaust that he never accelerates.

I was white knuckling it across the country wondering how truckers do it. In my region tall cars get alternative routes in high winds, here they just pray and hold on tight.
