🙇‍♂️ Oi kiitos vanha viisas Väinämöinen. Videosi ansiosta löysin Skrolli-lehden ja kanavan. Juotosohjeetkin ovat hyödyllisiä. Jos haluan tehdä oman Raspberry Pi kannettavan, minun pitää oppia juottamaan näppäimistö.

😙 Skrollin videot vasvistavat hypoteesini, että löytääkseen KZbinsta jotain hienoa on aina löydettävä reitti videoihin, joilla on vain vähän katselukertoja. Yksi algoritmi siihen on valita suosituslistalta aina video niiden joukosta, joilla on vähiten katselukertoja.

🥹 Tuollainen tietokonekerho olisi puhdasta onnea.

Sorry, but I will allow myself to notice a few errors. 1. Soldering 5:19-5:51 contains a clear error where one end of the component is cold-soldered because it is simply "inserted" into the molten solder that could not be absorbed properly into the surface of the leads without the use of flux. In reality, such contact will break much earlier than others (normally sealed); 2. Regarding the removal of solder from the landfill with the help of a braid, it can be seen that the solder is not easily removed. This is also due to the absence of flux (if the braid is already impregnated with it, then apparently this is not enough).

For me the best thing about the original was the sound. It doesn't even need altering that much. Atari had it way ahead back then, especially compared with the C64 version. Even the alien appearing sound was hell scary with Atari!

Yeah, Lucasfilm had a nice habit of Atari bangers. For sound, as in music, BallBlazer was Belting.

I had one of the "Magic Voice" cartridges. used to confuse my parents and grandparents when the computer started to talk. They barely new what a computer was, so didn't really know that all computers didn't do that anyway. Also remember seeing the Sound Expander, but wasn't really into music so didn't get one. many years later someone coded a Macintosh to be able to talk with built in circuitry.

Well, the emulations need a little upgrade, the vioce is a little "nasal" :-D what suprises me, that S.A.M. +4 converted by Pigmy sounds close enough to this hardware solution.... Certainly it is MUCH cheaper to provide similar experince to the user, than using extra Texas speech IC + ROM for the word patterns...

My favorite Atari 800XL game. First game on side B, loads (counter) from 005-230 (if my memory serves me). To bad this remake wasn't made using Unreal Engine 4 + Quixel Megascans... I can only imagine how good could this terrain and atmosphere look using Megascans library, and UE4 graphics.

The original game did a good job of placing the downed pilots in valleys/ravines, so you had a fairly flat place to land. Landing on the sides of mountains to pick them up feels weird.
